What are you wanting to use it for? Making a roll cage or suspension component for a sedan based race car will need different material grades compared to the same components on a single seater.
Have a look at the regulations on materials provided by either the FIA (or FIK for Karting) and your local ASN as there may be minimum requirements for the dimensions of the material used and the tensile strength and ductility minimums (sometimes maximums as well) will also be specified dependent on the usage of the materials.
