One of things that made changing disks much easier is this quck release. They come in different brands and quality, i use a local no name brand but this one is available internationally:
Thank you Piotr, I tend to to tighten my disks by hand and a lot of new grinders come with those locking screws, certainly saves some time, thanks for the tip.
I only use Maktia 18V with a local brand of these, and use them quite a lot, and not once have a disk come loose. But the posibility is definetly there and i would not want a rouge disk in my shop either..
