Nigel, do you have a preferred method for getting a smooth and consistent finished edge? Something like a small radius or chamfer. I have alot of trouble getting a smooth and consistent edge when it comes to corners specifically. A straight edge is fairly simple but i can never get corners to be consistent with the straight edges.

Most of The edges I work on are finished with a file, draw filing and then working the radius’s with a smooth half round file work really well. Sometimes they take a little time by hand but you can never go too far with a file.
