I’d love to know more about the motorcycle bench, did you put any reinforcements in the middle of the frame?!

Those stands look like they'd be very handy. I would expect a single cross brace but 3/4" (10mm) MDF is quite strong, anyway.
Three comments.
a/ I would strongly recommend the board(s) be given a thorough sealing, as any oil leakage onto unprotected board will break it down rapidly - also makes cleaning up much easier.
b/ I'd actually design the stands with the top pivoted off the front, with the rear legs some form of folding design that would allow easy lifting with a removeable lever, maybe a "knee" linkage, and locked in place. This would remove the need for a separate ramp.
c/ there is potential to add a lift in the centre so the bike could be worked on with the wheel(s) removed?
Oh, LOVE the sixties/seventies "Café Racer" style of the customisation!
