Hi guys, hope all is well.

thought I would share my current and on going project, she’s a 1964 Buick Electra.

car has come across from San Fran and was a started project with some tidying up required, still runs the original 401 big block v8 with stock internals but with a nice 4 barrel Edelerbrock carb on top and a ally radiator.

i have always had a love for hot rods but my original motorsport/petrol head obsession came from motorbikes and also spending 6 ish years in drifting where I owned a 96’ Nissan s14 ( I’ll find some pics of this )

ive owned the old girl now roughly 2 and half years here in the U.K and this year 2019 was lucky enough to win 3 trophies at various shows.

now like most project cars there are various issues , main one of which at the moment being the replacement of the trunk floor which has been fun. Luckily a friend of mine is pretty good with a welder and has been on hand to help out.

I will try and upload plenty of pictures as I go through this project.

once this trunk refresh is complete I will be looking to fit a smaller diameter tyre to get it laid out on its chassis rails and then I have a whole new wiring loom ready to go into the car.

Stunning vehicle, I used to work for a dealership that specialised in classic vehicle like this.

Hi Michael, thanks for the kind words, that’s very cool.

forgot to mention I’m part way through having the car re upholstered, with both bench seats done, door cards and new carpet are next.

I'm in the US, and some of absolutely LOVE those cars! I agree, Stunning!
